Shipping
Physical bundles will all be shipped from the US. Digital PDF will be sent at the same time physical copies are sent.
All items listed in the shop are PRE-ORDER. Production is expected to begin late October 2024, and shipping is expected to begin December 2024. Follow our social media for production updates.
All physical orders will be shipped with tracking, updated via BigCartel. Please contact us if you have any issues.
If your bundle cannot be shipped due to incorrect information, we can re-ship it to you, but you will have to pay for the shipping cost again.
Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Goods
If you find that your physical order has received damage upon arrival due to transit, we will replace damaged items if leftover stock is available. You will have to pay the additional shipping costs. Unfortunately a partial refund isn't available.
We are not liable for any damages that occur to our product once they have been removed from their packaging.
Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
Refunds will only be available before production ends and shipping starts. Once we've started shipment, no refunds are accepted. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
